10.0Excelente servicio, todo el personal muy amable, excelente vista al mar y amaneceres desde la cabaña. Considerar que es un lugar rústico y por ende los servicios en la población limitados, es un lugar para descansar y desconectarse. Gracias a todo el personal sin excepción, muy amables y serviciales.

10.0The Cabana is steps from the ocean with an amazing view from the balcony. Punta Allen is very quiet and relaxing, perfect for eco tourists and fly fishing fanatics. The owner was very helpful with navigating transportation.

− La playa está llena de basura, pero mucho, pareciera que estás en medio de un basurero. La cabaña tiene espacios entre el techo y la pared, lo que permite que haya insectos y mosquitos.

10.0Our host Patricia went above and beyond. I injured my ankle just prior to our arrival and there is no place more beautiful to be chair bound. She offered us the lower unit but we decided to stick with the plan. The view was unlike anything I’ve experienced. Just feet away from the water with a panoramic view of the ocean. The sounds of waves. Just magical. Carlos brought us food and drinks from the lodge restaurant right to our room to make things easier. Patricia even arranged transportation by boat for me to get back to tulum and accommodated us with a late checkout while we waited. If the road is stopping you from making the trip, don’t let it, take one of the guided tours or boat transport. Awesome way to see the coast and the lagoon. Food at the lodge was delicious. The room itself was clean and cozy, looks like they put a new roof on it recently. A wonderful place to get away from the hustle of the downtown areas and experience the goodness of people. Recommend staying at least two nights.
