− Chýbajúce zrkadlo v obývacom priestore. Zrkadlo bolo nad toaletou, takže nepoužiteľné v čase používania partnera. Keď sa ráno ponáhľate na letisko a musíte čakať :-)

− Bohužel je vše slyšet, každý kdo vešel do budovy. Vše co si sousedi říkali.
Za nabízenou cenu naprosto vynikající ubytování
9.0Pěkný čistý a klidný hotel, v sousedství letiště a zastávka vlaku, takže ideál pro lidi, co chtějí cestovat brzy ráno letadlem a nemají vhodný spoj nebo si chtějí jen užít klid, velmi prostorný pokoj, kuchyňka, jednoduchý check-in, byli jsme jen na jednu noc, ale určitě vhodné i na delší dobu, půl hodiny autem do centra Ostravy...
− wi-fi spíše nefungovalo, určitě by se hodila klimatizace, parkování večer při plně obsazeném hotelu trochu boj
