− Attesa lunghissima per poter accedere alla struttura, a loro dire dovevo ricevere delle mail contenente i vari codici per accedere. 1 h prima insistenza per il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno, dopo di che spariti. Rispondeva l’assistenza cliente esterna che non potevano vedere i miei dati dopo diverse chiamate in cui parlavo con diversi operatori alla fine una persona gentile e risolutiva mi ha fornito quanto richiesto. Sottolineo che nel corso delle chiamate avevo perso la pazienza e usato toni non consoni i quali mi sono scusato l’istante successivo. Arriviamo davanti all’ingresso della struttura ed era pieno di feci spalmate sul pianerottolo (siamo davanti ai musei vaticani). Una volta entrati, finchè c’era notte si stava bene quando però è iniziata l’alba non c’era modo per chiudere la serranda, ancora meno tende per coprire il sole sicchè io e la mia compagna siamo dovuti andar via al alzare del sole. PESSIMA ESPERIENZA. Mi avevano scritto per sapere come era andata ho risposto e non ho avuto una minima risposta. Aggiungo foto per farvi vedere che oltre che la serrando non c’era modo di chiuderla, (e abbiamo cercato in tutto la camera pure sotto al letto) non c’era manco una tenda. MAI PIÙ.

10.0I was satisfied with the accommodation. The location was great, the room was clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hot tub was a nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again.
