Unsafe stair rails and broken window locks
5.0The staff ,security and ambience were great.
− The apartment was on the forth floor. There is a 1 foot protection barrier next to the steps that will allow a toddler to climb over and plummet all the way to the ground floor. I had to watch my toddler every minute. The sitting room window did not have a lock for the ventilation option and again if my toddler climbed out he would have plummeted all the way down. I therefore had to keep the windows shut and bear the high temperatures.
