Everything was fantastic. The check in process was easy. The house was clean & felt like home. Would stay again.

− There could have been a couple more things in the kitchen like a vegetable peeler & a glass dish for the oven. Not really an issue but would have been nice to have.

Needs some simple upgrades to make it a liveable space but great location.

Location is excellent Nice sized flat for a couple + 1 Towels provided were clean and plentiful + shampoo Modern bathroom and kitchen

− The freezer needs a proper defrost (see picture). You can’t even close the freezer door properly. Get a self-defrosting fridge/freezer or maintain it. Had to throw away ice cream bought in the expectation that a working freezer was available. Towels show bleach marks (see pictures) and a little small. WiFi didn’t work. The router was tucked under the bedside table in a basket and power cycling it failed to work. I did get an indication of another WiFi logon but never got that in time (booking.com email does even let me see the full message so hard to pinpoint why this wasn’t provided in time so not able to try out). Very stuffy and hot even in early October. Needs fan or air con. Double bed is on the small size maybe the sofa in the bedroom could go and a larger bed fitted? Instant coffee and Lemon green tea bags provided but a bit on the basic side. Milk or milk power would have been nice to have. I guess the liquid ice cream came in handy there. Good if some soap or body wash for the shower was provided besides the shampoo.

Bardzo dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt! Nasza podróż zaczęła się dość niefortunnie, ale przyjazd do Waszego pięknego apartamentu wszystko zmienił na lepsze. Szczególnie doceniliśmy wodę i piwo, które dla nas zostawiliście, ponieważ dotarliśmy na miejsce późną nocą. Wynajęliśmy apartament z jedną sypialnią usytuowań na ostatnim piętrze, ale można do niego dotrzeć windą. Apartament jest przestronny (były trzy dorosłe osoby) i nieskazitelnie bardzo czysty, przytulny i pełen uroku. Pościel i ręczniki bardzo czyste, dostępne wszystkie kosmetyki. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, niczego nie brakowało. W apartamencie bardzo cicho, nawet w weekendowe noce. Czuliśmy się bardzo mile widziani i otoczeni troską. Pobyt był dla nas prawdziwą przyjemnością. Dziękujemy za Waszą wspaniałą gościnność! ❤️

Location was good...

− Owner will treat you like pawns he can just move around from unit to unit when one unit has a maintenance problem. His cleaning guy barged in at 6:45 AM on your half-naked wife, without knocking, and will want you to move to another unit (actually happened) in the middle of a stay. At that point we had enough and got out, we actually sought other accommodations for our final two nights in London... When you complain to the owner, he'll say you're overreacting, and refuse to give you any financial consideration. Don't stay here.

Perfect Location in Westminster

Excellent location; very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. I loved the fact we could walk 2 minutes to the Strand, very close to West End shows - we just walked. Close to tube station. Walk to Trafalgar Square. Apartment is large, beds comfortable, handy having large fridge with freezer underneath and washing machine. Owner very accommodating too!

− Nothing. There are things that aren't perfect (freezer needed defrosting, shower hose loose,) but to us they were minor. I'd definitely stay there again.
