9.0Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut, 5 Minuten zu einem Supermarkt und zum Vaporetto, 30 Minuten zu Fuß zu Rialto und Markusplatz. Es war sehr ruhig. Zu unserer Überraschung gab es eine kleine Terasse mit Tisch und Stühlen. Mücken gab es nur wenige, was aber wohl daran lag, dass es Ende Oktober war.
− Es gab ein paar kleine Dinge, z. B. alle Zimmertüren quietschten laut, die Spülmaschinentür ging immer wieder von selbst auf, die Anleitung zur Müllentsorgung war nicht ganz eindeutig, aber wir haben es dann hinbekommen. Alles nichts Schlimmes. Ach ja, die Kissen sind - wie schon in anderen Reviews erwähnt - zu dick und zu fest.

8.0Posizione comoda alla zona Zattere e non lontana dalla stazione, nella zona ci sono alcuni locali in cui poter fare colazione e anche cenare. Appartamento pulito e di buone dimensioni.
− Costo troppo alto per il tipo di alloggio, nonostante il prezzo pagato non c'era neanche una bottiglietta di acqua nel frigorifero. L'appartamento era infestato dalle zanzare e non c'era insetticida da poter utilizzare.

9.0Świetna lokalizacja, bez tłumów, z cudownym weneckim klimatem. Bardzo miła i elastyczna właścicielka. Pomimo opóźnienia lotu i późnej pory świetny kontakt. Samo mieszkanie bardzo wygodne, czyste.
− Mieszkanie dość ciemne, ale to specyfika weneckiej zabudowy. Mogłoby być w związku z tym lepsze oświetlenie sztuczne. Ale naprawdę trzeba by było się czepiać, żeby znaleźć jakieś duże minusy.
