10.0We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The receptionist was very kind, friendly, and always helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Tres bon rapport qualité prix et ambiance cosy, je recommande
8.0Le rapport qualité prix est très bon. L'hotel est situé dans le coin le plus mignon de ALMATY au bord de la rivière terrenkur, où se trouvent plus de petits café / restaurants, guinguettes. C'est tres agreable de s'y promener le soir. La receptionniste est tres souriante et parle francais. L'hotel et les chambres sont tres propres La climatisation fonctionne bien Le calme Vue arborée depuis la chambre
− Le gardien du parking ne laisse pas rentrer les taxis dans la residence, il faut marcher 2 minutes en contournant le batiment pour trouver la porte d'entrée La matelas etait un peu trop mou à notre gout dans notre chambre, et les oreillés trop gonflés.
