10.0Great location. Accommodation was clean and very nice. Really enjoyed our stay. We were met at the boat dock and shown to the apartment, which was a fantastic service. Thank you
Great spot to explore venice from
9.0Clean and comfortable. Very modern fittings and windows etc so very quiet at night despite being so close to a really busy part of the city.
− The kitchen cannot really be used for cooking, it’s fine for making tea and coffee etc. The bedroom could do with having bedside lamps as the only light is the main big light which is quite bright.
Très bon séjour, lieu propre, central, bien équipé
10.0Service personnalisé, même à minuit, fantastique!

10.0Very nice and lovely suites. Host, Guido, is amazing!!! Suites are very cozy and positioned in a perfect location - everything is easily accessible. Near apartments located nice pier where it is very nice to seat in the evening/night, observe boats and calm water, and drink wine. Very recommend – perfect quality for the price.

10.0Our 1st trip to Venice & we couldn't have picked a better place to stay ❤️ great location comfortable & terrific hosts who made regular contact & explained how best to reach them & personally met us at the water bus & escorted us back. Staying here near the Rialto bridge made navigating Venice a lot easier than expected.
