8.0Perfect location in Tuscan valley. Nice view from terrace. Nice tour by owner.
− Bathrooms and kitchen a bit shabby and unfresh, a bit too chaotic plan layout with many different levels and stairs making it hard for older people to live, and many areas not usable so house not as big as it sounds, pool shared with others (with too few sunbeds to fit everyone) and also not close to the house (difficult with small children). A bit unclear around number of people allowed in the house. You can book for nine persons but then house did not allow it. So we needed to book separate apartment in Greve.

9.0The views across the valleys are magnificent. The layout of the house, with spacious rooms. An excellent basis to explore the surrounding area.
− The kitchen has a good variety of utensils, cutlery and crockery, but some of these need an upgrade, like wineglasses to enjoy the fantastic Chianti wines.

10.0Such a beautiful location snd s warm and inviting home. I felt like I was living. A fantasy in this beautiful home The home was immaculate and the views were amazing.
− The only minor thing I would say was there were a lot of personal moments of the owner and I wanted to be careful in caring for them
