Lots of rules but a beautiful house

− The property manager was passive aggressive surrounding a car that was parked in the wrong spot for a short period of time to pick up the gate fob. We also booked and paid for a year prior to our stay and 3 days before we were due to arrive we were asked to provide more details about our group to determine if the property owner would accept our booking. This was a bit rich.
Lovely property good for groups with lots of bathrooms and bedrooms. Just need more than one key for that many people so

− They left us one key for 13 people, one of the dishwashers were not working and heater was not working when we arrived but someone came to fix that on the day. Floors were a bit dirty. Also not sure who’s fault this is but when we booked check in was 2pm I asked to confirm this a week prior to our stay and got told 2pm then the day before our stay I got told 3pm. It’s only an hour but to say one thing then change was a bit odd considering we paid for 2pm bit of false advertising. Three of the rooms had something outside, a heater maybe that made a loud noise all night.

8.0Plenty of bedrooms and nice living areas. Very well equipped kitchen. Great yard but will be better when tress on the fence line grow to stop the wind. Very comfortable beds.
− The general appearance is starting to look tired and the walls need painting. The chairs in the dining area all need scrubbing.

Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
