Solid budget option
8.0This is a good budget accommodation option for SMdA. It's an independent section of a house, comprising 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom shared among them. Both bedrooms are spacious, each with 1 queen bed, nightstand, and a TV. The bedroom facing the street has the window boarded up, so it's pretty dark; it also has a wardrobe. The second bedroom faces a backyard, so it's airier and more luminous; also has a beat-up sofa, a few drawers, 1 chair. The bathroom is large. On the hallway there's a microwave and mini-fridge. The windows open with difficulty, but for the price I can't complain. The location is good, some 15-20 min walk to the Cathedral. It's relatively quiet, but this is Mexico, so occasionally you'll still hear dogs barking, kids screaming, fireworks, roosters, etc.
