− The photos in booking.com do not match with what is given. The room description is also different. Booking.com says we booked supreme deluxe but we were told we have booked a premium room. The room wasn't clean. Breakfast time was 8 but was served at 8.30.

− There should separate rooms for pet parents. Pets are doing there nature's call in the rooms or barking the whole night cause some terrible discomfort.
