10.0The villa is very spacious and well equipped. Also, its location above Zaton Veliki with view to the bay is very nice. Great thing is that there are 2 beaches very close. One city beach down the road and second wild beach at the other side of the hill. Both walking distance, but for the wild beach you need to go from the cliff, so good shoes is a must. There is also large pool shared with other Astra villa next door. Zaton Veliki itself is very small place and quite place, what we liked. You can walk to small shop as well se few restaurants, there are also boats for rent and roundtrip boats. But for anything else you shall have a car. Host is very responsive and the local lady taking care of the house helped us with every problem we had as well. House equipment is having its age, but it is working well and looks nice. Also beds are not the most comfortable I have used.
− There is only one way, how to get to the villa and that is very narrow street cross restaurant and pier. Also, street next to the villa is steep and small. If you have small car, none of it is a problem. But with big car it is a bit of a challenge. We managed to drive there with large 5m long and 2m wide VAN, however, it need very careful and precious driving and at some places (including entry gate to the villa) we had to drive with only few cm distance from walls at several places. And avoid shortcut next to the church as it is really very narrow. As expected, the electricity and internet is not as strong as we are used to, but is was working fine for a vacation place.
