10.0Absolutely brilliant, from all contact with Kelly to the appartment which had everything you need it was spotlessly clean, really comfortable bed and a great plus was a balcony which has sun nearly all day.The Esmeralda complex itself is well located and well maintained with a lovely pool area, well recommend

Nice apartment but rather noisy position
8.0Stayed here before but not in this apartment good pool area and handy for the resort area.
− The apartment overlooks the road which is quite busy and noisy.
We had a very relaxed and comfortable stay and will definitely return
9.0Very central apartment with everything you need . Sun loungers on the balcony were great . This apartment had everything we needed and more . It was spotless and the staff were fabulous and great with communication . The bed was so comfortable but need better bedding and perhaps a blind on the bedroom window . We also lacked having a heater as we had adverse weather conditions and felt cold at night. Pool area was lovely , very quiet and clean . Can’t wait to come back in September .
− The bedroom needs a blind to block out the light . Maybe a little plug in heater for the chilly nights .
