− We checked into the accommodation and found it to be in an unacceptable hygienic condition. The room was extremely dirty, with dust throughout, hairs on the pillowcases and in the bathroom, and the toilet was not clean. We asked the property twice to clean the room properly, but the issues were not resolved. We were unable to stay and left the same day.
