9.0Nous avions réservé cette villa il y a plus d’un an, un peu sur un coup de tête avec une bande d’amis, après quelques mésaventures au ski. Nous avions tout de même quelques appréhensions, car c’était notre première location en Afrique. Mais après tout, c’est aussi cela l’aventure. Le jour J est enfin arrivé… et quelle magnifique surprise ! La villa est superbe, parfaitement équipée, et nous n’avons manqué de rien. Nos attentes étaient pourtant élevées en termes de prestations et de confort, et elles ont été pleinement satisfaites. Oui, certains commentaires mentionnent quelques points d’amélioration. Comme partout, il peut toujours y avoir des ajustements à faire. Mais à chaque sollicitation, le personnel s’est montré réactif et efficace. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit. Un grand merci à Cheick, le propriétaire, qui a toujours répondu très rapidement à nos questions et positivement à presque toutes nos demandes. Un véritable sens du service, et une contribution majeure à la réussite de notre séjour au Sénégal.

2.0The house is nice only on pictures.
− This is house from TEMU. Nothing worked. Stove is not connected, faucets installed wrongly, television holders are installed wrongly. The worst thing, the guy told us checkout at 16:00, at 9:00 we have been asked to leave, so we bought lots of food to make lunch, but all food has been in rubbish after. The beds are like conrete. You cannot sleep on the beds, We slept on couches in living room. Not recomended, pictures are fine. The reality is HOUSE FROM TEMU.
The house keeping was outstanding and the security guard was very helpful and professional Mame Cheikh

Home As Pictured, But Major Plumbing Issues
5.0The home is new and better than pictures; however, there are major plumbing issues that need to be addressed before rented again. 24-hour security and daily cleaning staff were exceptional.
− Surprise charges for daily electricity use, use of AC and general electricity use is not free. Major plumbing issues: an upstairs shower leaked and caused the living room ceiling downstairs to rain with water; drain pipe in upstairs kitchen detached causing kitchen to flood; little to no hot water in showers even after running for 20+ minutes; water pressure in shower varied throughout stay with most showers only dripping out drops of water; several toilets leaked and flooded into hallways. Downstairs kitchen’s stove top did not work. Minor new construction cosmetic issues were present as well.
