A great stay but slightly outdated

Kerim was a really kind manager and helped us any time we asked for anything or for help! The area was very nice and we enjoyed the little beach at the bottom of the steps - recommended over the public beaches down at the main town as it’s much cleaner. The pool was a great size and good for big families. The rooms themselves were a good size and each had an en-suite which was very convenient.

− The house in itself is a little used… a lot of appliances don’t work properly anymore or sadly don’t work at all. Such as the fridge/freezer not closing properly, the downstairs AC unit blowing the fuse box and in turn shutting the wifi off (which thankfully we noticed early), the doors for outside both downstairs and upstairs would not shut properly so we had to leave them untouched the rest of the holiday which was slightly inconvenient…. A small thing but the villa is a little low in the kitchen gadgets so I would say they need a new set of plates, bowls, extra glasses to accompany for larger families but also cutlery as we were constantly missing cutlery so the whole family could eat at once (especially teaspoons)! Not the villa’s fault but due to it being directly in front of the beach bar there are a lot of people walking past and stopping with cars which can be loud and disturbing when you are sunbathing by the pool, and if you value privacy more highly you may want to avoid.

Some places are nice, and then there are places like this villa that genuinely stay with you. We spent a few days here as a group of friends, and it struck the perfect balance between comfort and elegance. The space feels open and bright, with a natural flow that makes it easy to relax and settle in. The rooms are inviting, the kitchen is fully equipped, and everything is arranged with real attention to detail. Time outside quickly became part of our daily routine. Whether it was slow mornings by the pool or winding down together in the evening, the setting made it easy to enjoy every moment. A big part of what made the stay so seamless was the host, Kerim. He was truly splendid. Always approachable, quick to help, and clearly dedicated to making sure everything ran smoothly, without ever overstepping. By the end of the trip, it felt less like a rental and more like a place we would return to without hesitation.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa agréable et bien située (proche de tous commerces : markets, restaurants, bars, boutiques) L'espace extérieur agréable, belle vue, bien équipé avec salon de jardin, fauteuils, canapé et transats au bord de la piscine Kerim le propriétaire, nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux, il est très disponible et à l'écoute. Seul petit point négatif : L'équipement de la cuisine qui mériterait d'être amélioré, vaisselle, ustensiles... Nous recommandons vivement !

Willa położona w miejscu z cudownym widokiem na morze. Ok. 300 m do sklepow i piekarni. Pięć pokoi, każdy z łazienką i klimatyzacją. Dodatkowa łazienka na dole. Duży salon, kuchnia, część jadalna.Na zewnątrz w jednej części stoly, krzesla w drugiej stół, dwie kanapy i fotele. Przy basenie leżaki, parasole. Wyposażenie ma juz swoje lata więc decydując się na pobyt w niej weźmy to pod uwagę, by uniknąć rozczarowania. Ogromne wrażenie zrobili na mnie gospodarze - przecudowni, uprzejmi, zawsze chętni do pomocy ludzie, dla których zadowolonie gości jest na pierwszym miejscu. Szczególne podziękowania dla Kerima - komunikacja zawsze na najwyższym poziomie.

Классный вид. Местоположение отличное, до моря около 1 км. Много мелких магазинов рядом. Прикольно было проводить время в тёплом и чистом бассейне.

− Плохой запах в сан узлах. На третьем этаже не было Wi-fi. Плохо работает электро-плита, долго приходилось готовить еду. Уставшая мебель в комнатах и на кухне. По вечерам кусались комары.
