8.0I liked that it was close to the forest.
− The location is under construction, the noise caused by these actions was present daily. The smoke was always felt in the room. The hot tub/jacuzzi/pool were not accessible.

10.0Mancare buna, conditii cazare foarte bune, camera curata, moderna, pat super confortabil, personal amabil. Astept cu nerabdare sa incerc si jacuzzi/piscina. Vom reveni cu siguranta.
− Pe viitor, AC in camere ar fi perfect, pentru noptile calduroase.

9.0Great location in nature. New/modernized buildings. The staff was great as well.
− The check-in system: you have to do it online and you are supposed to receive the code by WhatsApp, but you do not know that beforehand so that you give a WhatsApp number. Also, the facilities are being upgraded, probably will be finished in the next week's though. The pool was not available yet.

− На фото вам показывают отдельные домики, в реальности дают номер с видом на стройку. На фото бассейн и спа зона. В реальности - идут строительные работы На фото удобные дорожки. В реальности - грунтовая дорога к отелю Не услужливый персонал, который ничем не может помочь, потому что не владеет информацией. Вокруг отсутствует сигнал мобильной сети - в случае чего связаться с администратором возможно только подключившись к wifi отеля, если он будет. Худший опыт в Румынии

8.0Vila frumoasa, curata si moderna Mancarea de la restaurant gustoasa, preturi acceptabile Mic dejun gustos, destul de restrans ca varietate.
− Preturile sunt cam mari in raport cu detaliile care ar face diferenta/ calitatea serviciilor oferite se poate imbunatati. Scara interioara, desi are un design interesant, este abrupta si dificil de folosit. Santier in spatele vilelor - se construieste piscina interioara si trebuie sa treci printre cabluri si materiale de constructie inspre restaurant. Se incepea lucrul dimineata devreme, zgomote deranjante. Personalul ok, dar unele doamne de la restaurant au un comportament repezit si nepoliticos cu clientii - am auzit formulari adresate si altor clienti in ton rastit, la fel si mie mi s-a spus nu tocmai politicos ca unele feluri de mancare din meniu vor fi disponibile doar la piscina, desi nu era mentionat acest lucru nicaieri. Intr-o dimineata nu a functionat aparatul de cafea la micul dejun - am surprins discutii ca nu ar fi prima oara, managementul nu a luat masuri pentru a remedia situatia, desi a fost anuntata in repetate randuri. Budinca "Paula" si "Danette" servite la micul dejun cu termen de expirare in ziua curenta (24.07.2026 sau peste 2 zile)
