Overpriced, it would have been lovely if it had been clean, and heating had been available.
3.0We provided our own breakfasts so fine! The location was fine, close to where the event we came for was being held. But it was very difficult to find - the hosts instructions were useless - we had to use SatNav.
− It was freezing cold and we couldn't make the radiators work. The heated towel rail/radiator was cold. It was dirty. The hard floors were filthy (can't speak for the carpets - they looked OK) The kitchen work surfaces were dirty, the kitchen sinks were dirty, even the washing-up bowl was foul with slimy debris in its plughole. I spent quite some time cleaning everything before I could face brewing tea and coffee let alone preparing food! (The place was a darn sight cleaner when we left than when we arrived and we were charged a Cleaning Fee of £40! I want this refunded!) The towels were clean but the bedding was grubby. (And not even a pint of milk left in the fridge for us!)
