7.0The flat is comfortable. The kitchen is surprisingly usable given its small size.
− The lift only worked some of the time. There did not seem to be any way of predicting when it might be working and when it wasn't.
It was a fabulous place to stay.
10.02-bedroom with comfortable living areas. Washing machine and drier. Great layout. Very comfortable and warm.

8.0The location was fantastic and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed.
− The door out to the balcony in the main bedroom was very draughty, I appreciated the draft snake but there was still a cold breeze. The laundry area was very dusty but worked well and made life with 3 kids easier. The lift was out of order two nights in a row which I know isn't anyone's fault but it was a long 6 flights of stairs with tired kids.
I loved my stay with my family.
10.0I love the apartment, nice and cozy. It is in city of Canberra so very convenient to travel all places to visit. High security place.
Avoid here if you don't smoke or don't like smoke smell
4.0The room is close to everything, easily to go to restaurant and shopping center on foot.
− Smell strong cigarette scene since open the door on living room then found a cigarette butt in the balcony. The room said no smoking though and I ask the owner and they reply they cannot prevent a customer to smoke but the cleaner should do better job and report you and not let anyone stay until no smell in the room otherwise better say smoking room.
