− Stairs to the apartment, but I was aware of the many steps to access it prior to booking. Also, the bathrooms need upgrading, especially the small bathroom with the tiny shower
Location Perfect Traditional and Quiet Roman Homely Stay
10.0Lovely Traditional Roman Home very spacious and very quiet. Ludivicio was a lovely host, he contacted us to make sure our stay was going well and gave us easy to follow check in instructions and allowed us to check in at 12 o’clock. The apartment was a 1-minute walk from Trevi fountain, which allowed us early morning viewing without the crowds. The couch was so comfortable and our whole family had a rest and watched movies on Netflix together, which was important to my teenage children after a long day walking. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space for us all to have a bit of time to ourselves. My daughter slept on the pull-out couch, which she found very comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well as it was still hot in September. Ludivicio was very responsive to me, whenever I had a question and would give me recommendations for restaurants. Ludivicio left lots of things in the kitchen for us to use, he left us bottled water and the coffee machine was lovely. I loved our Roman stay and would stay here again - highly recommend :)

9.0Great location at Trevi Fontaine - walking distance from all major tourist attractions. Spacious flat, clean, comfortable and quiet. It is a historical building is under the UNESCO protection - very authentic. Nicco and Ludovico are very attentive and helpful hosts. Thank you for all, we will gladly return here again.

9.0Beautiful apartment for 4 of us just around the corner from the Trevi fountain. Perfect after a hard week hiking in the region. Very authentic and lots of room.
