10.0建物も部屋も設備も全てとても綺麗で充実していて、広くて気持ち良く過ごせた
− 1階にも小さくても良いので洗面と鏡があればいうこと無し

3.0− まず玄関の鍵の調子が悪くて入るのに時間がかかった。それに清掃料金だけで結構な値段をとるのに脱衣所に髪の毛が落ちてたり細かな所の掃除ができてなかった。あと玄関の鍵の件で管理会社に連絡したら鍵を直すのに遅くて明日の朝になってしまうかもと言う意味の分からない事を最初に伝えられた（なんとか自力で鍵は開けれたが）。基本的にはあまり宿の評判を落とすような口コミしたくないのだが最初から気分を害され正直に言って2度と泊まりたくないと思った。

7.0ベットルームが多かった事、上下にトイレがある事、バスルームの他にシャワールームもあった事
− パッと見た感じは綺麗だったが、バスルームに髪の毛が少し落ちていたり、テレビや棚の上などホコリが多くたまっていたり、テーブルの上にコップ等の置いた後が残っていた
