10.0Mieszkanie jest wyposażone we wszystko, od zmywarki, pralki po sztućce. Jest dwupiętrowe, na górze jest duża sypialnia i jedna przechodnia. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra. Mozliwość parkowania na podwórku u Właścicieli. Miły poczęstunek od Właścicielki.

9.0Casa attrezzatissima, elettrodomestici e utensili per la cucina, bagno e camere (cuscini extra, condizionatore in camera, 2 televisioni). Davvero dotata di ogni comfort. Spazi ampi, casa silenziosa, giardino esterno. Ideale per famiglie con bambini (seggiolone, fasciato, lettino, giochi). Padroni di casa disponibili e accoglienti.
− L'unica cosa che suggerisco è di eliminare tutti i soprammobili che si trovano su ogni scaffale della casa per renderla meno "affollata" :-)
