Trotz Mängeln o.k., Preis-Leistung stimmen aber nicht.
7.0Die Wohnung war geheizt, die Sitzecke im Wohnbereich gemütlich, die Betten bequem. Die separate Toilette und das schön geflieste Bad sind ansprechend. Der Fahrradabstellraum und die PKW Stellplätze am Haus sind prima.
− Die Reinigung könnte besser sein, ein paar Spinnweben musste ich noch entfernen. Ein Toaster stand schmutzig im Küchenschrank. Die Pfannen sind recht alt und müssten gegen neue ausgetauscht werden. Zu keinem Topf gab es einen Deckel. Der Induktionsherd ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Wasserkocher dürfte mal entkalkt werden. Es war sehr windig, zu windig für die Fensterfront zum Westen. Es zog etwas durch die Fensterrahmen. Die neuen Zimmertüren hatten keine Dichtung und klapperten trotz geschlossener Fenster vom Windzug ( Windstärke 5) Am Spiegel im Bad ist zu wenig Licht, der Geruchsabzug vom WC- mit dem geworben wird- ist defekt.

9.0An attractive apartment centrally located in Buren, Ameland. Good facilities and comfortable balcony to relax in the evening. Free parking right next to house, and close to bars, restaurants and supermarkt.

9.0Great, clean apartment with everything you need. Nice balcony.
− The only small thing that was unfortunate is that we could not turn down the heating. It is floor heating and apparently it is a bit more difficult to regulate and takes time to get to the desired level. However the temperature inside was easily manageable by opening the windows. It is just a shame it is a waste of energy.
