There was no breakfast. Plenty of spaces in the room and longe. Buidings and the furniture are new. Babu the owner is very helpful and customer friendly

We came for an emergency but the host made the journey a much easier experience. They helped with transport to and from the hospital/airport, provided us with local information and are extremely friendly at all times. Communication was also an ease. The accommodation is in easy distance of Rajagiri hospital, so would highly recommend if this is where you need to be.

We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment while my wife was preparing for an important exam. The atmosphere was peaceful and ideal for studying. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Babu, the manager, and Rizwan, the caretaker, for their kindness, prompt assistance, and genuine hospitality. Whenever we needed anything, they were always ready to help, which made us feel truly cared for. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay, and I would gladly recommend this place to others.

− The only suggestion I have is regarding smoking near the rooms. A guest in a nearby room smoked frequently in the open area, and the smoke often drifted into our room, making it difficult at times. A designated smoking area would make the experience even better.

We recently stayed at Mather Rajagiri Furnished Apartments and came away genuinely pleased, especially considering the value on offer for a fully furnished 2BHK in the area. Living & Dining Area The common area is spacious and open-plan, with a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, a comfortable maroon leatherette sofa set, and a proper wooden dining table with four chairs. The glossy white marble-effect flooring throughout gives the entire apartment a clean, modern feel. The ceiling fan keeps the space well-ventilated. Bedrooms Both bedrooms are adequately sized and come with double beds featuring wooden frames, white linen, and pillows. Each room has its own AC unit — one bedroom has a Carrier split AC, the other also appears to have a brand-name unit — which is a big plus for the Puducherry heat. Wardrobes with full-length mirrors are provided in each room, and the heavy decorative curtains offer good privacy and light control. Bathrooms The two attached bathrooms are the standout feature of this apartment. Both are fitted with wall-hung WCs, overhead rain showers, hand showers, wash basins, and concealed flush plates — finishes you'd more typically expect in a mid-range hotel. The tiling work using a combination of warm terracotta and white marble-effect tiles is tasteful and well-executed. Kitchen The kitchen is compact but functional, equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, gas stove, electric kettle, rice cooker, microwave, and a full set of cookware and utensils. A fire extinguisher is also thoughtfully placed in the kitchen — a reassuring safety touch. The granite countertop and tiled backsplash are practical and easy to clean. What could be better The kitchen lacks overhead cabinets, which means counter space can get cluttered quickly. The photos also show the apartment mid-occupancy, so a few areas could benefit from tidier presentation between guests. Some extra seating in the second bedroom would also be a welcome addition.
