La casa está muy bien equipada y es cómoda, pero lo que realmente nos sorprendió fue el exterior, que es incluso mejor de lo que muestran las fotos. La zona de jardín y piscina es preciosa y perfecta para relajarse y disfrutar de las vacaciones. La ubicación es excelente, muy bien situada y cerca de todo, lo que nos permitió movernos cómodamente por la zona y visitar los principales lugares de interés. Ines fue súper amable y atenta con nosotros Sin duda, una experiencia muy recomendable.

Schöne, große, saubere Villa mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Freundliche Gastgeber und netter Kontakt bereits vor der Anreise. Der Kühlschrank wurde mit diversen Getränken ausgestattet. Hübsche Gartenanlage und gut funktionierende Klimaanlage in den Zimmern. Das Highlight war natürlich der eigene Pool im Garten mit Liegestühlen. Es gibt auch noch einen Whirlpool, den hatten wir nicht in Betrieb. Ein Parkplatz auf dem Anwesen war vorhanden. In ca. 15 Minuten erreichte man den schönen Poettostrand mit dem Auto. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße.

− Die Küche könnte zum Kochen etwas besser ausgestattet sein (z.B. Messbecher, Topfuntersetzer, Küchenschere etc. fehlen) Sofa ist nicht sehr vertrauenswürdig und hat bereits lose Latten Vermisst habe ich ein Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen war vorhanden Ein Sonnenschirm am Pool wäre noch super gewesen Kein WLAN, aber das ist im Vorfeld bekannt

Amazing territory with lots of chill out zones, jacuzzi, pool, very well kept and beautiful , all among olive and palm trees. The yard is so much better than on the photos! Very welcoming host , great communication and made our last day especially gorgeous by offering later check out time so we can have more rest ❤️

There was excellent contact with Ines both before and during our stay. Very easy to collect the keys we were met by Ines and Andrea at the property. Our flight was delayed so we arrived 2+ hours later than originally planned and this was no problem. The host lived near the property so it was easy to contact them if there was an issue (a storm when we were there affected the electric but this was very easily fixed). Before we arrived Ines sent information and videos about the local area. We were given the exact address the day before so it was easy to plan our journey there. We were welcomed by Ines and Andrea and they also left us a welcome packages of pastries, drinks from the local area and coffee as well as a lovely welcome message. The local wine, beer and liqueur (Mirto) were all good quality and delicious. Air conditioning is a bonus in this property and the lovely pool as well. It had an outdoor dining room/living area which we used during the day and evening. There was also a barbeque and prep area.. Clothes washing detergent and washing up liquid, cloths etc were provided. Bathrooms were good and there was an outside shower and taps The property is in a very quiet location and local amenities are close by. We were less than 10 mins drive (approx 20 mins walk) from a quiet beach with crystal clear water and 20 mins from beaches with full amenities such as beach clubs and places to book a boat trip. There were two supermarkets close by and a small shop and bakery in the local village. It's also close to a local nature reserve (near Poetto beach) which has lots of Flamingoes (native to Sardinia). Local beaches had crystal clear water and opportunities to snorkel. We took a boat trip from Capitana Porto but lots also available from Cagliari. The trips stop in various bays to give you the opportunity to swim snorkel. It was an amazing relaxed holiday and the hosts Ines and Andrea were welcoming and helpful if needed.

− These were not problems for us but things it's worth being aware of. There is no wifi at the property though mobile coverage was good. This is a quiet rural area and it's useful to be able to speak some Italian. My italian is very limited so google translate was helpful along with my limited italian. Some other languages are spoken in shops/restaurants.
