− Une honte, pas de ménage de fait, place de parking indisponible au quotidien, une odeur horrible au quotidien dans l appartement, le matériel est usé, vieux , la plaque de cuisson est note 0000. Une honte cet appartement

C'était très propre, bien équipé, superbe emplacement, piscines, plage..... Un grand salut à M Carlos qui était disponible bien avant notre arrivée.

Apartamento muy limpio, cómodo, luminoso y completo. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia varias noches. Los anfitriones muy amables siempre a disposición. Las instalaciones del edificio también muy bien.

− Los fuegos son un poco antiguos, solo para hacer comidas sencillas.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z personelem, na bieżąco przesyłane wszelkie informacje, bezproblemowo. Obiekt bardzo blisko plaży, możliwość korzystania z ogrodu i basenu bez ograniczeń. We had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Benalmádena. The apartment was spotless on arrival, very comfortable, and exactly as described. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked extremely well, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The only thing we felt was missing was an oven, but this was a very minor issue and did not affect our overall experience. Check-in was simple and hassle-free thanks to the key box system, and the owner was always responsive, friendly, and helpful whenever we needed assistance. One of the highlights of the apartment is the beautiful sea view. Although there is no balcony, the large window provides a fantastic, uninterrupted view of the sea, making the apartment feel bright, relaxing, and enjoyable to spend time in. The location is excellent. The beach is less than a five-minute walk away, Mercadona is within easy walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and other amenities nearby. The area has a great atmosphere too. It was lively and welcoming without feeling overcrowded. The pool area was also very clean and well maintained. During our stay, only one of the three pools was open, but it was more than enough and we thoroughly enjoyed using it. As for noise, the apartment was generally peaceful. Occasionally, you could hear some louder cars outside at night, but nothing that significantly affected our stay or our sleep. Overall, this is a clean, comfortable, well-located apartment with great facilities and a beautiful sea view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
