9.0The location was perfect. Walking distance to major tourist attractions, supermarket right next door. Plenty of restaurants and a great area to walk.
− Apartment needs to supply potholders and curtains or blinds should be added to the one bathroom.

8.0Appartamento n.2 al quarto piano; ampio con 3 camere e 2 bagni, appena ristrutturato.Pulito e ben accessoriato. Ottimo quartiere con zona pedonale e locali tradizionali. Gradito il servizio taxi dall' areoporto compreso nel prezzo
− Mancano appendini in bagno, bagni non finestrati e manca risevatezza in quello grande perché non è presente la tenda. Piccole interventi ancora da fare: porta del bagno che non rimane chiusa e cartongesso mancante in alcune parti del soffitto. Ascensore presente ma non ancora funzionante.

9.0Communication is clear and responsive. About 5-6 minutes walk to a metro station and ride one or two stops you are in the city center. Neighborhood is carefree and convenient. There are supermarket and cafe (open for breakfast) right next to the apartment. Amenities in the apartment is modern and comfortable.
− For some reason, the hosts don't have time to fix small defects in one of the shower room: water pressure is low, shower head can not be fixed properly. In the building, there is an elevator that is under construction. Before its completion, elderly and travelers with large baggages will have difficulties climbing up to the fifth floor.

10.0Absolutely functional apartment, satisfying all traveller’s needs. We were there like family of 6, spacious apartment, very clean, kitchen perfectly equipped, 2 bathroom were great benefit. And location is absolutely charming, to experience the local life of Catalans. Highly recommended, and if I go again to Barca, I will choose this place, for sure! Thank you 🙏❤️

10.0Odlična lokacija .!! Vrata pored ulaza je odma dučan sa hranom i to veliki ,mirna ulica ,a sigurna . 1 minuta hoda i imate mali kvartovski trgić sa kafićima a navecer sa barovima prekrasno ako vam se neda cračati u centar. Mi smo isli sve sa taxijem 10-12 min od centra grada di su sve velike znamenitosti. Aparzman je jako prostran ,udobni kreveti 3 celike sobe ,balkon 2 tuš kabine ,a wc-a. Odlična komunikacija sa domačinom (sce je bilo preko booking poruka).
