Es sollte ein Parkplatz frei sein; der Koffer/ Taschen nicht zu schwer, da es einige Höhenmeter in Form von Treppen zu überwinden sind, Sehr freundlicher Empfang und in der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden

Additionally, the accommodation is managed by a third-party company, and the contact number listed was not the correct one for the property. This led to confusion and the unexpected requirement to pay an extra cleaning fee that wasn’t clearly mentioned upfront. Moreover, the listing states that only the upper floor is accessible by stairs, but in reality, the entire apartment is difficult to access for people with limited mobility. This should be made clearer in the description.
