An owner who doesn't care.

The staff tried but can't make up for the lack of care by the owner.

− This place looks nothing like the picture... Yard is in a terrible state. Like a bush. No maintenance. Aircons don't work in the rooms. No fans available. All broken apparently. Very dissapointed.
