Amazing place! This is our second year on holiday in Unawatuna, last year we rented a floor in another villa. We liked it here much more! Firstly, the villa is entirely yours, no neighbours. Very attentive, responsive and friendly owner, came to clean the area every day, every three days cleaning the house, changing towels and linen. The owner is always in touch, you can ask him to bring or buy something. Very spacious and clean, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room. There is a washing machine. Secondly, there are many wonderful animals on the territory, who will be very happy if you treat them with something tasty - monkeys, a porcupine, chipmunks)) The beach is nearby, while the street is very quiet, there are no cars and noisy tourists, you will fall asleep to the wonderful sounds of nature) We will definitely come again!

We were on holiday in Unawatuna 16 days we lived in a beautiful villa which is located a few minutes from the beach, all amenities are provided, the rooms are large, there are enough sleeping places, there is also a shower toilet, everything around the villa is well-groomed and beautiful, the owner is a very nice and polite person, every day he came and cleaned the area outside and once every 3 days he came to clean inside, including changing bed linen and towels. Everything was agreed with us and at a convenient time for us. We really liked it, in this paradise you feel comfortable and enjoy nature and animals. We will definitely come back. We highly recommend it for those who like to relax their souls and enjoy nature. There are 2 adults and 2 children, there was enough space for everyone, a bonus is a washing machine, which you don’t often see on holiday. All photos are true.
