1.0Water and soap was inclusive.
− 1000 of ants crawled inside from holes in the walls in the apartment, owner did nothing even though I showed video proofs. Crawled on me and everywhere on furniture inside furniture as soon as it turned dark. Had a panic attack from it. Even though we killed and removed them new came through the whole night. And we killed them every hour and than new one came again same amount. Place was horribly loud cause of neighbors making party music even though I asked many times before lodging if it will be quiet at night at least cause at daytime it was not quiet too cause of churchmusic and partymusic. We got the wrong apartement and also too late cause of no Organisation and got told to move out next day cause I am ,,the hardest costumer‘‘ and I should stop with my ,,superiority complex‘‘. Behind and under furniture it’s very dirty. WI-FI was not working even though I reported instead of coming he said it does even though nothing was loading not even YouTube had to waste a lot GB.

10.0How seamless it was to get the keys to the place. Security at the gate are very helpful. The Host is communicates well. Room is well furnished and smells good. Overall it's value for money with this room.
