10.0Absolutely beautiful apartment with the view of a Roman church. Could hear the peaceful bell sounds telling the hours of a day. Quiet, yet close to the Rome Termini train station. The owner was very caring and thorough with every details to make sure our stay was comfortable. When he and his plumber had to come into the apartment to check on pipes, which inconvenienced us somewhat, he left a gift box of Limoncello. That was a nice gesture.

Great location
10.0The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from Termini station and within walking distance of the Colosseum (we managed it even with a 3-year-old toddler and a senior lady in our group!). The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay and to fully enjoy our time in Rome. The fridge and kitchen were generously stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks, which was a lovely touch. Communication with the owner was easy and friendly. Everything was great — highly recommended!
