− it was a bit noisy during the day because people in the neighbourhood are trimming the trees during my stay

6.0Cottage is really beautiful & cozy with most of the amenities inside. There is a small little pond where colorful fishes swim.
− Staff wasn't available even in the morning when we wanted to discuss about the nearby whereabouts to visit and how shall we visit it. Room didn't get cleaned for our 2nd stay, we had to clean the dishes on our own. Breakfast is mediocre, not much variety neither quantity. Limited fruits option without any beverage too. Cottage is way inside from the main road and Grab App doesn't pick this hotel's location.
I would stay at this place again.

− The dry clean ruined our clothes. Something was living with us, I don't know if it's rat or something weird, but i saw something falling in front of my eyes inside the room and it was a baby embryo of some animal. After that it was playing with our stuff at the bathroom.
