8.0Das neue Hotel ist insgesamt in Ordnung: Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Inneneinrichtung sehr schön und traditionell gestaltet, sodass man sich sofort heimisch gefühlt hat. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Frühstück in Ordnung, zudem ist die Lage zentral und vieles gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
− Allerdings gab es keine automatische Zimmerreinigung und die Lage im ersten Stock nahe dem Eingangsbereich war recht hellhörig und dadurch etwas unruhig.

8.0Вежливый приятный персонал, отличный сервис на ресепшене. Разрешили оставить вещи пока гуляли после выселения. Чай и вода в номере. Чисто и аккуратно.
− Жесткий матрас в нашем номере. Если для Вас важно - уточняйте. Окно не на улицу, а в коридор, но такова архитектурная особенность отеля

10.0Останавливался в Zarhal Hotel и остался очень доволен выбором. Отель уютный, с приятной атмосферой и аккуратными номерами. В комнате было чисто, постельное бельё свежее, всё необходимое для комфортного проживания предоставлено. Персонал вежливый и внимательный — быстро заселили и всегда были готовы помочь при возникновении вопросов. Особенно порадовало спокойствие и тишина, что позволило хорошо отдохнуть после насыщенного дня. Расположение удобное, рядом есть всё необходимое. Соотношение цены и качества полностью оправдано. С удовольствием остановлюсь здесь снова и могу рекомендовать этот отель другим гостям.
