7.0The location was near supermarkets and restaurants, and the house looked nice on the inside.
− You can hear the train every day in the afternoon. Can't tell if the train also passes by during the day, but after 6 pm, you can hear the train at least 3 times. The wooden floor needs some replacing/fixing because it is squeaky. Sofa futon is not comfortable by the way.
