We enjoyed our stay due to great location and despite the areas that needed addressing, it was perfect
7.0Great location, comfortable lounge room and nice practical kitchen.
− The mattresses on all beds not very comfortable and need updating. You could feel the springs in the one of the double mattress upstairs. Broken mirror in the bathroom and all the bedrooms especially upstairs could do with blackout curtains and repairs / replacements required for all vertical blinds. Couldn’t see where the refuse and recycling bins were so we could have disposed our rubbish before leaving the property. The TV remote controls weren’t working as well. Could control the volume from the remote.

− It needs some TLC. The property is very dated but even basics like babe bulbs could be addressed for no real investment. The garden at the rear could be made much better with a little effort.

6.0The house was clean and had all the facilities we needed. It was a great location for us to visit family in Garforth.
− It would have been nice to sit in the upper garden but the furniture was broken and the garden needed a bit of TLC. The property needs some updating and there were a few things like missing lampshades that could be dealt with at very little cost.

8.0Perfect location. Two families stayed so was perfect for us. Shops close by too.
− Overall the property was clean but needed a bit more of a scrub. Also some items in the kitchen, we had to purchase as we were cooking. No scales, no mixing bowl and no jug!! They'd be handy to have for future visitors.
