9.0Прекрасное расположение: в трех минутах пешком до ближайшего пляжа, замечательный вид на море и бухту. Большая площадь дома, хорошие кондиционеры. Хорошего размера бассейн и зона для приёма пищи на веранде. Есть все необходимые кухонные принадлежности и техника.
− Дом остро нуждается в косметическом ремонте. Все помещения "подуставшие", сантехника протекает, держатели для душа еле держатся на месте. Для нетребовательного туриста может и пойдёт, но со многим приходилось мириться. В целом, вид, площадь и расположение компенсируют недостатки, но владельцу стоит немного вложиться в обслуживание.
