9.0The location, the cleanliness, the beautiful kitchen, the nice bedroom and bathroom.
− It does not have a lift, not even for the luggage. We were assigned a room in the top floor, level 3. I have chronic asthma and bad knees, while my hubby has bad knees. Going up 3 sets of stairs while dragging a 15kg suitcase was no fun at all. The kitchen was really really nice and the laundry was a big bonus. But it was all located on the ground floor. To make tea or coffee everyday we had to go up and down 3 sets of stairs. It was a struggle for me.
