It was what you see in pictures but even better. Location is great, right next to the beach can use hotel Loungers and the bar. Nearby family restaurant Kleio very tasty. Thoughtful hosts who understand requirements of modern clients. Architectural style and decor were amazing, all working perfectly, super good service any issues (all were very minor) resolved within short timeframe.

− Nothing we disliked. If I had to be extremely picky I would say beds could be king size as the property and rooms are massive and I didn’t love the busy road but it again…didn’t bother us much as we could use hotel underpass to cross to the beach.

Beautiful stay with Stunning Sea & City Views!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! The location is truly perfect, offering a stunning view of the sea and the city while also being very close to the town of Ierapetra, making it ideal for both relaxation and exploring the area. The cleanliness was exceptional, with every detail carefully taken care of. The villa itself is beautifully maintained and very comfortable. The hosts were amazing,warm, welcoming, and incredibly thoughtful. They greeted us with a lovely welcome gift featuring traditional local products, which was a very nice touch and made us feel at home right away. One of the highlights was the huge swimming pool with a breathtaking sea view,perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this villa and would definitely love to come back!

The villa is very spacious and has beautiful view to the sea, very nice sunsets, the place is very comfortable, clean and has all needed for a family stay. The pool is big, enough outdoor space and great furniture.

− This has nothing to do with the Villa but the beach across the street is a bit disappointing, it's very rocky, no sand, no facilities at the beach and it wasn't clean.

Toller Pool mit einer schönene Aussicht auf das Meer, mit einer freundlichen Gastgeberin und einem Wilkommensgeschenk mit feinen Produkten und einem guten Wein.Am Schluss bekamen wir noch ein Ostergebäck.

Ein tolles Haus direkt am Meer und einer vielbefahrenen Straße. Wir würden es nicht mehr buchen!

Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Architektur und ein tolles Design. Die Lage des Hauses ist direkt am Meer. Leider befindet sich zwischen dem Meer und dem Haus eine stark befahrene Straße, das hatten wir so auf den Fotos nicht gesehen. Der Straßenlärm hat uns sehr gestört.

− Die Sauberkeit, besonders der Bäder war nicht dem Niveau entsprechend. Wir haben einen Tag nach Anreise gebeten, dass die Bäder nochmals gereinigt werden. Außerdem fehlte in dem einen Bad der Haartrockner. Ein weiteres Problem im Bad war, dass nach kürzester Duschzeit das Wasser nicht mehr abgelaufen ist und dann in den angrenzenden Bereich von der Toilette und dem Waschbecken gelaufen ist. Die Ausstattung der Küche war unzureichend. Wir hatten zu zweit lediglich 3 Weingläser und nur insgesamt 5 Wassergläser. Bei dem Geschirr waren teilweise Porzellanecken abgebrochen und ein Teil des Besteckes war nicht richtig sauber. Die Kommunikation mit der Villamitarbeiterin war kurzangebunden, uns fehlte die Serviceorientierung und die Gastfreundlichkeit. Die Pflege und Lage des Hauses rechtfertigt nach unserer Meinung nicht den Preis. Schade.
