Good location, very clean but lots of stairs

− The room I had was comfortable but is up a big flight of stairs, and breakfast and rooftop sitting area, up a second flight of stairs. I liked the privacy but it might not be good for all! On arrival, I was told I didn’t have a booking, and my room had been given to someone with a similar name, when I had already paid for it on Booking.com. The hotel had taken more money from the other people, even though confused with me! Breakfast was only a sweet pastry or cake and a cup of coffee.

10.0Casa Colella è accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli, centralissima, confortevole e immersa in un’atmosfera familiare che ti fa sentire davvero “a casa”. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è Romina, sempre gentile, disponibile e attenta a ogni esigenza degli ospiti. Ogni mattina la colazione, ricca e genuina, è stata una piacevole coccola. Grazie, di cuore! Raccomando caldamente questa struttura a chi cerca relax e autenticità.

10.0Se avessimo potuto, avremmo dato voto 100/10 ⭐️ La struttura è pulitissima, curata nei minimi dettagli, posizione centrale, letteralmente a pochi passi da tutto. E soprattutto la gentilezza, accoglienza, disponibilità ed il calore della sig.ra Romina e del suo staff, ci hanno veramente fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa nostra. Super consigliato, noi sicuramente torneremo con tanto piacere. Grazie di tutto ❤️
