− Dirty accomodation with mould around the entire shower enclosure, which the owner would not come and clean despite sending the pictures as evidence. The owner did not offer anything to resolve the situation, basically it's our problem. As per normal Booking.com offer no support or customer service to resolve issues (even if you are Genius Level 3), which is the single major issue in using Booking.com. Noisy street (particularly at night as its a thoroughfare for traffic), 16 steps inside apartment from lounge to bedrooms not evident in pictures when booking and neighbourhood less than desirable.

9.0La casa está muy bien,totalmente equipada.La relación con los dueños ha sido a través de whasapt y no hemos tenido ningún problema para contactar con ellos.Han tenido el detalle de ponernos un arbolito de Navidad.
− Lo único malo, por decir algo,es que está en una barriada alejada del centro y hay q coger coche para todo.A pesar de esto,no dudaríamos en volver en otra ocasión.
