9.0Skvělá lokalita, jen asi 5 minut od metra.V okolí možnost nákupů. Velmi ochotní majitelé, komunikují přes zprávy, ale velmi rychle.Nebo je možné zazvonit u vchodu na zvonek a vše vyřeší.Pokoj byl čistý, pohodlná postel. Na pokoji lednička, varná konvice a dokonce i adaptér na EU zásuvky.V kuchňce možnost vaření.
