10.0This was an excellent base for our adventure group to explore West Waterford. The house exceeded our expectations! It was comfortable with all the modern conveniences, and also had plenty of character. The host had gone the extra mile to make our stay memorable, from a bottle of milk in the fridge to fresh scones on the table!
− We had difficulty with the instructions to find the lock-box. But once we found the keys, the our was faultless!

10.0Cappoquin is a beautiful town on the banks of the blackwater and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who would like the experience of an Irish town. The property was close to all amenities in the town and a short walk away from the river which has beautiful views. The hosts were great communicators and the scones on arrival were a touch of class.
