1.0We are still awaiting feedback as we would like a full refund for our stay. Butler Manor didn't know about our booking. We nearly had to sleep in our car the night before Comrades. There was 8 of us that were displaced with nowhere to go. Eventually we got assistance and managed to sleep but had to change the bedding and the house had not been cleaned.

9.0The host, Glen, is the most wonderful and accommodating person ever. She is hands on and willing to assist and help immediately. All appliances worked perfectly. The kitchen was fully equipped. The pool table, fire pit and pool were huge attractions. The couch was very comfortable. Fire wood, farm eggs and even horse riding lessons were provided. The house is very spacious and the location is great for a relaxed getaway. The house has an invertor system which is a huge bonus. Overall we had an amazing stay and we will definitely be back again
− There were some minor maintenance issues which have been brought to the attention of the host who will have them attended to I'm sure.
