7.0Near the station and have kitchen Nhiều người bảo ban công share vs các phòng khác và lo lắng về an ninh nhưng cửa có khoá nên cx không sao.
− Phòng k có điều hoà nên hơi bí. Mình đi tháng 10 nên cx k bị nóng hay quá rét. Phòng trên tầng 2 nên phải leo cầu thang hẹp và dốc.

8.0Lovely apartment in a very convenient location, just five minutes’ walk from King’s Cross. It had everything we needed, and the balcony was a lovely bonus. Roy’s communication was excellent, and we appreciated his helpfulness and offer to accommodate an early luggage drop-off.
− The cleaning needed more attention, particularly the cutlery and washing-up items. A more thorough clean would have made the stay much more comfortable.

10.0Great studio in a brilliant location near King’s Cross. Clean, cosy and comfortable, and really easy to get around London from here. Check-in was easy and the host was very helpful. Really enjoyed my stay – 10/10, would definitely stay again!

8.0Le logement est très bien situé et très bien équipé avec tous les produits de première nécessité (papier toilette, gel douche, shampoing, produits ménagers, sacs poubelles, sucre, sel, thé, café). Arrivée très facile grâce aux indications illustrées de l'hôte et à la boite à clés. Nombreux commerces et restaurants alentours. Gare et métro à moins de 5min de marche.
− Le bruit la nuit... l'hôte n'y est pour rien mais les poubelles passent plusieurs fois dans la nuit et les squatteurs dans le square en dessous sont parfois très bruyants. Nous n'avons pas réussi à ouvrir les fenêtres côté square.
