Replace/fix windows, then perfect, excellent cost, furnished kitchen, ample parking, safe area
7.0I had the entire venue to myself, so made full use of the lounge (pre-access to youtube/amazon etc), kitchen fully stocked with resources, oven, enough for a family of four, comfortable, and warm (see negatives), towels provided, staff accomodating (couldn't get in due to broken key lock, but someone came out in under 10mins and let me in, good location, cheap.
− Stayed during the windy wet storm of December. The seals around virtually all windows are shot, I had a uncomfortable first night as the heating (found out day later was set to 18*), second night I changed it to 23 then 27 a few hours later, from then on there were no problems with my stay.

5.0Breakfast was not provided and I was there in the building all by myself hearing noise from the near by houses. The place is just a empty house without any staff just the owner and he don't be there all the time, he's just there to show u ur room and leave the place was like a share room but without any other person living or staying there.
