− - curte neingrijita, paianjeni care atarnau fix in fata usii de la intrarea in camera - tevi ruginite in baie - mucegai pe tavan - tapiteria patului murdara - un miros deranjant si persistent in camera (un amestec de solutii de curatenie cu mucegai) - paianjeni prin colturile tavanului - pretul cerut raportat la conditiile oferite
