− I going to let everyone knows that RIVERS are scam Unless they refund my £45 the own me. I booked in for a reservation on 18th to 19th reservation was confirmed. Few minutes later reservation cancelled. Reason no water at premises. I contacted Booking.com and Booking.com asked me to contact them directly and I try so many times by email phone with no reply. So all that i request is to refund my £45.
It is know second thought of returning if in the area.I normally do the travel lodge,but this has something special,get
