− The table needs attention. Very small kitchen sink with no place to drain washing up. Badly dented shower head,needs attention.

− Door entry code system, shower head terrible, no iron or board, lack if kitchen utensils, ie no toaster.

2.0Property was nicer inside than outside, room on first appearance was nice
− Oh the 1st night tv remote broke, contacted property . Was probably just batteries. But nothing back and screen froze all night going to sleep!!! Then up in the morning at 8am for a 10am checkout.. no electricity I able to dry hair after shower, unable to charge phones/watches and not able to make tea. Called property number Victoria repeatedly!! No answer

8.0：） 1. great location, 2mins away from beach and lots of restaurants&cafes within walking distance. 2. Decent space, a large studio with good size of space. 3. Easy entry with password, no need to carry a key or card every day. 4. Easy communication with host.
− :( 1. Some facilities were broken, the flush didn’t work and even after host fixing, the water amount was still too small to clean the toilet so we had to manually flush it every day. 2. Shower head was broken thus the water flies every where 3. No cleaning or change of towel during our 5-day stay. 4. Somehow our skin gets itchy after 2days of sleeping on the super soft bed.

− Door entry keypad, unreliable difficult to use, shower head was poor and damaged. Lack of kitchen utensils, no iron or board.
Disappointed, lost half a day with all the inconvenience. Would like some money refunded..
5.0− Toilet not working on arrival, shower head faulty, waited for host, moved to another room then had to move again following day, couldn't contact host so managed to speak to cleaner who left door propped open so we could get in. Toilets not flushing properly and showers not working great in any of the rooms and fruit fly infestation in all rooms. Could do with a good clean up outside the property and in the entrance way. Several rubbish bins overflowing. Woken up at three in the morning with dog running around in room above.
